The Chef’s Association would like to thanks all our members and sponsors for a very successful year. We are looking forward to your membership again in 2011.

Our mission is to bring together Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Wholesalers and Suppliers from Bermuda, the decision makers, those responsible for purchasing, staffing, and creating product. In previous years the Chef’s Association Of Bermuda offered social events as a way for its members to gather and foster friendships.

These will continue, however our schedule will also feature partnership dinners with purveyors, local farmers and fishermen. We are a non profit Association,
As we endeavor to keep you informed with news and events  we ask that you please fill in the 2011 membership renewal form,On receipt of your membership form and dues members will be sent a receipt and details of our upcoming events and schedules.The Chef’s Association information and activities are communicated through the internet.We cannot ensure you will receive notice of all events if you do not have email.Please inform us of any change of details George.Muhlbacher@Fairmont.comThe Association will invite members to attend three social dinners per year, and will host various public events which members will be notified in advance.

Please be reminded of the following membership rules in regards to our social dinners.

  1. With each paid membership (individual or corporate) only one member is entitled to attend.
  2. Only corporate members who are sponsoring the event are allowed to bring one extra guest free of charge.
  3. Member guests are subject to availability and Only with prior approval from the Board and should be industry related. (For a charge of $75) Please call. George 704-1313 or Frank 537-5564
  4. Important Note * Please confirm your attendance 2-3 days before, it is not acceptable to just show up on the night. If you confirmed to attend a dinner and have a last minute emergency, call the host of the dinner to let them know you will not attend.
